Job summary

MORRISON EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD (SELANGOR) is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage daily trucking arrangements and coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth pickup and delivery operations.

You will handle billing, DO issuance in CW1, prepare customer reports, verify vendor costs, and maintain compliant documentation, with overtime as needed. Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Logistics are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, trucking or freight forwarding. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Issue billing and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately in CW1 system.
• Arrange trucking services upon receiving booking requests from customers.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth trucking operations.
• Prepare and maintain designated customer reports and operational records.
• Follow up closely on trucking arrangements, including pickup, delivery, and schedule updates.
• Sort, verify, and issue invoices, then submit them to customers within the required timeline.
• Check and verify vendor costs against agreed rates and highlight any discrepancies.
• Support daily operational tasks and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Willing to work overtime when operational needs require.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.
