Job summary

Hong Seng Assembly Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage truck inventory, issue delivery orders, and coordinate delivery with customers, sales staff, and drivers. You will photograph delivered trucks, conduct weekly inventories, and prepare trucks for delivery and inspection.

The role requires basic computer skills, willingness to handle both office and outdoor tasks, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage truck inventory control and maintain accurate movement records.
• Issue Delivery Orders (DO) for trucks and coordinate delivery arrangements with customers, salespersons, and drivers.
• Take pictures and maintain proper records for each truck delivered.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks of trucks.
• Prepare trucks for delivery and inspection.
• Organize and maintain internal and customer documentation files.
• Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
