Job summary

Vistra invites an Associate to join the Fund Payments & Treasury team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. The role covers fund operations, payments, cash management, and client-bank interactions to deliver accurate treasury services for regional clients.

The position is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement after probation, offering comprehensive medical/dental coverage, wellness benefits, and professional development support to help you grow within the team.

Qualifications

Must be based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru and eligible to work in Malaysia.
Experience in Fund Operations, payments, cash management and treasury banking tasks.
Solid knowledge of KYC documentation and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with fast-paced delivery.
Excellent English communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and initiate payments in client portals / platforms following procedures.
Coordinate treasury activities with clients and banks for end-to-end processes.
Manage the client's cash book updates and capital calls as assigned.
Handle client and bank inquiries professionally within SLA/Turn-Around Time.
Support internal and external audits to ensure timely completion.
