Job summary

TimesConsult is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and contractors, ensure roster adjustments, and handle a range of logistics requests.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reporting and process improvements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and contractors, ensuring their requirements are managed efficiently.
• Manage roster adjustments, workforce movements, and a range of operational and logistics-related requests.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and achieve positive outcomes for employees and customers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant processes, policies, and operational requirements.
• Assist with reporting, process improvement initiatives, and activities that support operational efficiency and excellence.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment, including providing additional assistance during busy or high-demand periods.
