Job summary

Next Logistics is seeking a logistics coordinator to plan daily delivery schedules and coordinate trucks, drivers, and external transporters. You will monitor progress, resolve delays, and ensure accurate paperwork and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and transportation schedules.
• Arrange trucks, drivers, and external transporters according to delivery requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress and follow up on delays or issues.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams for loading and unloading arrangements.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and status.
• Prepare and check Delivery Orders, transport documents, and supporting paperwork.
• Ensure delivery details such as quantity, location, timing, and customer requirements are accurate.
• Update delivery and transport information in the company system.
• Follow up and collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping for all logistics documents.
• Handle urgent delivery requests, rescheduling, and operational changes.
• Monitor truck and driver movements when required.
• Coordinate with external transporters and service providers.
• Assist in checking transport charges, trip records, and related documents.
• Report any delivery delays, damages, shortages, or customer complaints to the supervisor.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
• Support the team in improving delivery efficiency and customer service.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
