Job summary

Omya Malaysia is seeking an experienced Purchase-2-Pay Operations lead to coordinate Travel & Expense management, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement. You will handle complex cases, policy compliance, and escalation of operational issues to the Head of Purchase-2-Pay Operations.

The role demands 4–6 years in TE/AP or related areas, strong SAP Concur experience, and a collaborative, detail-oriented leadership approach. A relevant accounting/finance degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Travel & Expense accounting, AP, or general accounting.
• First leadership or coordination experience (senior, SME, or deputy team lead).
• Hands-on with SAP Concur for expense processing and policy compliance.
• Knowledge of P2P, invoice-to-payment, and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Travel & Expense Management activities to meet service levels.
• Monitor team performance metrics and SLAs, implement corrections.
• Engage in complex cases to ensure accurate resolutions and policy compliance.
• Resolve first-level escalations on expense reports, receipts, and card discrepancies.
• Escalate operational issues to Head of Purchase-2-Pay Operations.
