Job summary

Mölnlycke Health Care Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Purchases-to-Pay specialist focusing on Travel & Expense to support GBS operations. You will handle T&E and PtP transactions, process invoices, and assist with month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role involves supporting SAP and SAP Concur systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving process improvements across the GBS organization. 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SAP and SAP Concur platforms and IT terminology.
• Knowledge of financial procedures in Travel & Expense with risk and control awareness.
• Good understanding of master data and end-to-end processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur in Travel & Expense.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with SAP/SAP Concur.

Responsibilities

• Manage Travel & Expense and Purchase-to-Pay transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process invoices, expense claims, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Support SAP and SAP Concur systems, testing activities, and master data management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancement projects across the GBS organization.
