Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Associate to handle inbound calls and emails related to flight inquiries. You will assist customers with bookings, amendments, and refunds, delivering professional service in the travel industry.

The role requires Chinese proficiency with basic English, flexibility for night shifts and weekends, and the ability to learn multiple systems quickly to ensure a smooth travel experience for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Open to rotational or night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and a proactive mindset to exceed performance expectations.
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple systems, and quick to learn new tools.
• Proficient in Chinese with basic English to support a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails related to flight inquiries.
• Assist customers with flight ticket bookings, amendments, and refund requests.
