Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a transport operations specialist to manage inbound and outbound activities across multiple modes.

You will evaluate 3rd party providers, monitor performance, and support provider selection while coordinating vehicle placement and order management. The role requires a diploma or degree in supply chain or equivalent, and open to fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of transport management experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year in transport management.
• Experience with SAP; able to work in India timezone (11AM-8PM MYT) and Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Manage transport operation (inbound, outbound) for bulk and packaged with different modes of transportation.
• Evaluate, monitor and improve performance of 3rd party service providers and support provider selection.
• Coordinate and manage service provider for vehicle placement and order management.
• Track delivery of products to customer and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with EHS, insurance and service providers in case of accidents and insurance claims.
• Ensure transportation safety and BASF standards compliance.
