Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily transportation operations to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Arrange trucking requirements and issue pre-alerts to transporters.
• Update orders in OTM and track shipments in SCE TMS to meet timelines.
• Communicate status updates and resolve issues with customers and drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
