Hong Leong Bank is seeking a transformation professional to deconstruct complex operational bottlenecks and design actionable roadmaps. You will map end-to-end processes, enable rapid AI and automation, and track benefits across initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional delivery with business heads and IT squads, quantify ROI, and drive agile changes across the organization. The role emphasizes governance, executive support, and stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• Strong numeracy skills and a high aptitude for logical reasoning
• 2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Banking Management Associate programs, or High-growth FinTech/Tech Scale-up teams
• Demonstration of a T-shaped competency profile with deep expertise and broad collaboration skills

Responsabilidades

• AI & Operational Process Modernization: deconstruct bottlenecks into structured problem statements and actionable plans
• Strategic Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Orchestration: drive end-to-end delivery and align with unit heads and IT squads
• Executive Governance Management Committee Secretariat: prepare agendas, draft papers and minutes for MC meetings
