Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Banking Management Associate programs, or high-growth FinTech/tech scale-up teams.
• Demonstration of a T-shaped competency profile with deep core expertise and broad collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• AI & Operational Process Modernization: deconstruct bottlenecks and design actionable plans.
• Strategic Project Delivery: drive end-to-end delivery and measure value realization.
• Executive Governance: serve as secretariat for Management Committee and support governance forums.
