Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a transformation professional to lead AI-enabled modernization of operational processes across the bank. You will deconstruct complex problems, map end-to-end workflows and co-design future-state operating models using Lean methods and modern automation tools.

The role involves driving cross-functional project delivery, tracking ROI, and acting as Agile change agent across business units, with a focus on value realization and executive governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience within Management Consulting, Banking Management Associate programs, or high-growth FinTech/Tech Scale-up teams.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• AI & Operational Process Modernization
• Deconstruct complex business and operational bottlenecks into structured problem statements and execution plans.
• Map end-to-end workflows and co-design future-state target operating models using Lean principles.
• Identify, track and deploy rapid AI and automation tools to liberate front-line capacity.
• Analyze operational failures and escalation patterns to synthesize systemic insights and scalable remedies.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business unit heads and IT squads to remove execution blocks.
• Define KPIs and monitor value capture across transformation projects.
• Facilitate agile change and executive governance processes.
• Prepare meeting agendas, draft papers and minutes for Management Committee.
• Assist in structuring senior management alignment sessions and transformation workshops.

Education
