Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of digital transformation, business analysis, product management, or technology delivery.
• Experience in Corporate Banking workflows or financial services.
• Familiar with APIs, integrations, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Capture, structure, and refine digital and AI functional requirements across units.
• Translate business needs into technical specs, user stories, and tasks.
• Liaise between business stakeholders, regional tech teams, risk/compliance, and vendors.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Conduct desk research on digital banking trends to suggest improvements.
