Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong numeracy skills and a high aptitude for logical reasoning.
• 2-4 years of experience within Management Consulting, Banking Management Associate programs, or High-growth FinTech / Tech Scale-up teams.
• Demonstration of a "T-shaped" competency profile - deep expertise in a core area with a broad ability to collaborate across disciplines is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• AI & Operational Process Modernization: deconstruct bottlenecks into actionable plans.
• Strategic Project Delivery: drive end-to-end transformation initiatives and ROI tracking.
