Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Transformation Analyst to drive AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams.

You will coordinate stakeholders, support governance routines, and enable adoption across channels and frontline teams to deliver on business priorities. In this role you will work with business, technology, data and vendor teams, manage plans, track progress, run workshops, and help roll out solutions including telecommunication or technology projects.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of consulting experience, Big 4/Accenture preferred.
• Experience in telecom or technology industries preferred.
• Exposure to digital, analytics, AI, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong PMO and execution skills including planning and tracking.
• Cross-functional agile team experience in pilot/test-and-learn environments.
• Clear, concise English and Bahasa Melayu communication.

Job Description

As a Transformation Specialist, you will drive execution of AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved on time and aligned with business priorities. You will coordinate stakeholders, support governance routines, and enable adoption across channels and frontline teams.

Transformation Delivery

• Drive execution of AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage workplans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Support governance routines, including working sessions and senior reviews.

Cross‑Functional Execution

• Work closely with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes.
• Support solution rollout, testing, and performance tracking across channels (telesales, app, chatbot, retail).

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the day‑to‑day coordination point across internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare concise updates and materials for leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment discussions.

Change & Adoption

• Support change management, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Work with frontline teams to understand and address operational realities.

Experience

• You have 1–5 years of consulting experience from firms such as Big 4, Accenture, or similar.
• You have experience in telecommunication or technology industries (preferred).
• You have exposure to digital, analytics, AI, or large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• You have structured analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• You have strong PMO and execution skills (planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination).
• You have experience working in cross‑functional agile teams, especially in pilot/test‑and‑learn environments.

Ways of Working

• You communicate clearly and synthesise complexity into simple, actionable messages.
• You collaborate effectively across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• You are proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
• You have strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; other local languages are advantageous.

• Experience: 1–5 years in consulting, preferably Big 4, Accenture, or similar firms.
• AI & Digital Transformation: Experience or exposure to AI, analytics, digital projects, or transformation initiatives.
• PMO & Project Management: Workplan preparation, timeline tracking, milestone management, and risk/issue tracking.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordination with business, IT, data, and vendor teams.
• Governance & Reporting: Preparing status reports, presentations, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile teams, pilot projects, or test-and-learn environments.
• Change Management: Supporting implementation, communication, and user adoption.
• Testing & Rollout: Coordinating solution testing, implementation, and performance tracking.
• Communication Skills: Strong English and Bahasa Melayu language skills Rating out of 10 is
• Must-have: PMO/project execution, stakeholder coordination, and AI/digital transformation exposure.
• Preferred: Consulting background, telecommunications or technology industry experience.
