Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Transformation Specialist to lead the execution of AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams.

The role requires coordinating stakeholders, supporting governance, and enabling adoption across channels and frontline teams. You will collaborate with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes, support rollout and testing, and track performance across telesales, app, chatbot, and retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage workplans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Support governance routines, including working sessions and senior reviews.
• Work closely with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes.
• Support solution rollout, testing, and performance tracking across channels (telesales, app, chatbot, retail).
• Act as the day‑to‑day coordination point across internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare concise updates and materials for leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment discussions.
• Support change management, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Work with frontline teams to understand and address operational realities.

You will coordinate stakeholders, support governance routines, and enable adoption across channels and frontline teams.

• Drive execution of AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage workplans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Support governance routines, including working sessions and senior reviews.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Work closely with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes.
• Support solution rollout, testing, and performance tracking across channels (telesales, app, chatbot, retail).

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the day‑to‑day coordination point across internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare concise updates and materials for leadership.

Change & Adoption

• Support change management, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Work with frontline teams to understand and address operational realities.

We'd Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• You have 1-5 years of consulting experience from firms such as Big 4, Accenture, or similar.
• You have experience in telecommunication or technology industries (preferred).
• You have exposure to digital, analytics, AI, or large-scale transformation initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• You have structured analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• You have strong PMO and execution skills (planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination).
• You have experience working in cross-functional agile teams, especially in pilot/test-and-learn environments.

Ways of Working

• You communicate clearly and synthesise complexity into simple, actionable messages.
• You collaborate effectively across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• You have strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; other local languages are advantageous.
