Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' relevant consulting experience, including leading teams/workstreams.
• Strong background in HR consulting, change management, or workforce strategy.
• Experience in client-facing roles from a Big 4/global consultancy or in-house transformation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Certifications such as CIPD, Prosci, or SHRM would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
