Job summary

Boston Scientific Gruppe in Malaysia, Penang, is seeking a Training professional to administer TRS, create and maintain training plans, and deliver programs tailored to production needs. Candidate should have a bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in operations training, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills to manage multiple trainings and large groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations Training or a related training function.
• Experience in handling and facilitating training for large groups of employees.
• Proven track record in improvement projects is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Purpose Statement
Administer Production training in accordance to production training system and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administration of TRS in order to support production, including TRS issue resolution at site level.
• Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records.
• Create training plan and monitor training progress to meet the production timeline.
• Guide and ensure adherence to training policy and requirement.
• Evaluation and periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.
• Revise and update relevant training procedures and work instruction in Windchill.
• Deliver training programs related to Operation business need.
• Develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations Training, Direct Labor (DL) Training, or a related training function.
• Experience in handling and facilitating training for large groups of employees.
• Proven track record in improvement projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple training activities and priorities effectively.
