Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations Training or a related training function.
• Experience in handling and facilitating training for large groups of employees.
• Proven track record in improvement projects is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Administration of TRS to support production, including issue resolution at site level.
• Creation and maintenance of TRS training plans and records.
• Create training plans and monitor training progress to meet production timelines.
• Guide and ensure adherence to training policy and requirements.
• Evaluate and periodically review manufacturing practices and those carrying out training.
• Revise and update training procedures and work instructions in Windchill.
• Deliver training programs related to operation business needs.
• Develop and deliver training tools for operations based on business needs.
