Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a contract delivery strategy aligned with targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as operations, customer satisfaction, safety.
• Align processes and reporting with Central functions and Organisation.
• Lead regular governance reviews to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and integrity in all activities.
