Job summary

Adecco is seeking a highly organized NEO Local Training & Engagement Coordinator to support the rollout of a transformation programme in Malaysia. This assignment runs from September 2026 to 31 July 2027 and focuses on coordinating training, managing events, and engaging stakeholders.

The role involves planning training schedules, venues, invitations, attendance, on‑site registration, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, Event Management, Project Management or related fields.
• Experience in training coordination, learning operations, event management, project coordination, HR coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering and data tracking.
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Planner, SharePoint, Forms and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules, participants, trainers and venues.
• Manage training invitations, reminders, attendance and follow-ups.
• Arrange catch‑up sessions for participants who miss training.
• Ensure training rooms, Teams links, equipment and materials are ready.
• Be present during training sessions to manage registration and provide on‑site support.
• Assist trainers and troubleshoot any last‑minute logistical or technical issues.
• Coordinate events, catering, refreshments and engagement activities.
• Support a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Act as the key contact for participants, managers, trainers and project stakeholders.
• Consolidate attendance, feedback, quizzes and Q&A information.
• Prepare regular training status updates and reports.
• Maintain accurate and audit‑ready training documentation.
