Adecco is seeking a highly organized NEO Local Training & Engagement Coordinator to support the rollout of a transformation programme in Malaysia. This assignment runs from September 2026 to 31 July 2027 and focuses on coordinating training, managing events, and engaging stakeholders.
The role involves planning training schedules, venues, invitations, attendance, on‑site registration, troubleshooting, and reporting.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-oriented NEO Local Training & Engagement Coordinator to support the rollout of training activities as part of NEO transformation programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating training, managing events, working with different stakeholders and solving operational challenges hands‑on.
Training Coordination
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, Event Management, Project Management or related fields.
Experience in training coordination, learning operations, event management, project coordination, HR coordination or similar roles.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering and data tracking are an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Planner, SharePoint, Forms and PowerPoint.
Proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented personality.
Comfortable working on‑site during training sessions and travelling between venues/offices when required.
Experience supporting SAP, ERP implementation, system training or large‑scale transformation projects will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

Important: This is primarily a Training Coordination / Training Operations role, rather than a Trainer role. You will be responsible for making sure training sessions run smoothly from planning and scheduling through to attendance, on‑site coordination, feedback and reporting.
