Job summary

Conduent, Inc. in Malaysia invites applications for the Training Associate III role. This full-time, hybrid position supports learning administration and data management for client learning programs, with paid holidays and training.

You will perform data entry into the learning management system (SuccessFactors), handle requests in ServiceNow, maintain SOPs and SLAs, and work rotating 12-hour shifts, four days a week. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience in a learning organization.
• Experience with training administration and customer service.
• Familiarity with learning management systems preferred (SuccessFactors).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong English communication for data processing and helpdesk support.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry related to learning administration.
• Enter training data into the LMS (SuccessFactors) and manage requests in ServiceNow.
• Maintain client SOPs, processes and SLAs.
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Escalate issues to Manager for resolution.
