Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Training Specialist to design and deliver programs for store staff, focusing on product knowledge and store operations.

You will analyze training needs, manage budgets, develop online learning modules, and ensure materials align with brand standards while leading a team of trainers.

Qualifications

• Education - bachelor degree in education or human resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Training and retail operation.
• Experience with digital learning systems and training program management.
• Strong leadership and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess employees’ needs for training based on Training Need Analysis.
• Align training with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Create a training budget and keep operations within budget.
• Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources.
• Update training programs to ensure that they are current.
• Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees.
• Review training materials from Brand / principle and select materials.
• Teach training methods and skills to trainers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the trainers.

Develop and conduct training modules for store staff, especially in technical skill training and operation. Controlling and monitoring the result of training.,to enhance employees’ skills and an organization’s overall quality of store operation work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess employees’ needs for training based on Training Need Analysis.
• Align training with the organization’s strategic goals.

• Update training programs to ensure that they are current.
