Marrybrown Malaysia is seeking a capable Training & Development professional to develop and implement the annual Training & Development Plan aligned with business objectives. You will design and deliver programs for restaurant crews, supervisors, managers, HQ staff, and management teams.
You will monitor effectiveness through assessments and feedback, maintain records, and collaborate with Operations, HR, QA and other departments to ensure programs meet needs.

Develop and implement the annual Training & Development Plan aligned with Marrybrown's business and operational objectives. Design and deliver training programs for restaurant crew, supervisors, managers, HQ employees, and management teams. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, competency checks, and post-training performance.

Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), performance reviews, operational feedback, and business requirements
Design and deliver training programs for restaurant crew, supervisors, managers, HQ employees, and management teams
Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals, e-learning content, assessments, and competency-based learning programs
Work closely with Operations, HR, QA, and other departments to ensure training programs support business and operational requirements
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, competency checks, and post-training performance
Establish and maintain training standards and competency frameworks for different positions
Develop trainers and support the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program to strengthen the internal trainer pool
Manage and monitor training records, attendance, certification, and training hours through the company's HR/L&D systems
Support the development of career pathways, leadership development, management development, and succession planning initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Training & Development, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Training & Development, HR, or F&B operations
Experience in the F&B, retail, hospitality, or Fast-Food industry will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, competency development, and training evaluation
Experience in designing and delivering training programs for different employee levels
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with both HQ and outlet teams
Strong project management and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with LMS, e-learning platforms, or HR systems
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
