Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Sabah is looking for a Trade Operations professional to process and verify trade transactions, acknowledge customer requests, and ensure accuracy of trade documentation within TE2000.

Based in the Trade Service Centre, Tawau, you will report to the team lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support international trade activities and maintain high data quality across processes.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen required.
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience in trade operations.

Responsibilities

• Record receipt of documents in the relevant registers; incoming documents processing.
• Acknowledge trade service requests from customers/branches/other banks/bus. units.
• Check, verify, process, input and authorize trade transactions in TE2000.
• Examine trade documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure data input accuracy and correct registration of trade transactions.
• Ensure financing aligns with customer's business nature.
• Input data and scan documents into the Trade Workflow System.
