Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a detail oriented Trade Services Protege to join our Wholesale Credit Operations team in the PJ City Trade Services Centre, Selangor. This entry-level position targets fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of related experience, with training provided.

You will be responsible for recording documents, processing trade transactions, data input, and tracking payments, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Tertiary Education in relevant disciplines with CGPA 3.0+.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of working experience; training provided.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken) and PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Record receipt of documents in the Incoming Documents Register / Incoming Mail Register / Incoming Fax Register.
• Acknowledge receipt of Trade Services requests from customers / branches / other bank / other business unit.
• Check, verify, process, input and authorize trade transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions.
• Perform data input and scanning of documents into the system.
• Track payments of outstanding bills and paid transactions.
• Carry out duties as assigned by Head – TSC or team leader.
