PurelyB is seeking a hands-on trade marketing professional to own our retail and consignment partnerships across Malaysia. You’ll plan campaigns, open new doors, and ensure store visits leave us in a stronger position than before.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to optimise campaigns, manage promotions, stock, and in-store activations. A track record in FMCG sales and willingness to travel within Klang Valley are important.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in trade marketing or related field.
• Track record of hitting sales targets with measurable numbers.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Cantonese a plus.
• Own car and driving licence; willing to travel within Klang Valley.
• Organised, reliable and proactive in following up opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run trade marketing campaigns with retailers and track lift.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to align campaigns with digital activity.
• Drive sales growth across offline channels against monthly targets.
• Build relationships with consignee partners and retail buyers through regular visits.
• Find, pitch and onboard new retail doors and B2B customers.
• Manage shelf position via planograms, facings, POSM and audits.
• Recruit and manage in-store promoters; track their performance.
• Run in-store sampling and activation days and conduct product trainings.
• Do stock takes at consignment points and flag expiry or damaged goods.
• Report weekly on sales, store visits, competitor activity and opportunities.

About the role

You'll be the person who makes PurelyB win on the shelf. You'll own our retail and consignment partners, run campaigns with retailers, open new doors, and make sure every store visit leaves us in a better position than before. This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes being out in the market, not behind a desk.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run trade marketing campaigns with retailers: promo calendars, discount mechanics, bundles, gift-with-purchase, and track whether they actually lifted sales
• Work alongside our Marketing and Community team members to ensure campaigns are optimised and aligned with digital and social activity, share what's working on the ground, and turn store and customer feedback into better campaigns
• Drive sales growth across our offline channels against monthly targets
• Build strong relationships with consignee partners and retail buyers through regular visits and reviews
• Find, pitch and onboard new retail doors and B2B customers (pharmacies, health stores, gyms, wellness centres, corporate clients)
• Make sure our products have the best shelf position: planograms, facings, POSM, and picture audits
• Recruit, brief, schedule and manage in-store promoters; track their performance
• Run in-store sampling and activation days, conduct product trainings for partners and promoters
• Do stock takes at consignment points, reconcile stock, and flag expiry or damaged goods
• Report weekly on sales, store visits, competitor activity and opportunities

About you

• 2–5 years in trade marketing, key account, retail sales or FMCG/health/beauty field sales
• A track record of hitting sales targets, with numbers you can talk about
• Strong EQ; you're comfortable walking into a store and starting a conversation with a buyer or store manager
• Organised and reliable: you follow up on opportunities, you report honestly and are hungry to chase for sales
• Confident with Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable with a simple CRM or tracker
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus for many retail partners
• Own car and valid driving licence; willing to travel within the Klang Valley (occasional out-of-state trips)
• Bonus: experience with Watsons, Guardian, Caring, AEON, BIG Pharmacy, Village Grocer, or independent pharmacy chains
