Job summary

Breo Wellness Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Petaling Jaya locations, a full-time role focused on driving store sales for health and wellness products.

Location options include 1 Utama Shopping Centre or Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Competitive salary range RM 2,500–RM 3,500 per month with emphasis on customer service and upselling.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Chinese and English; retail sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Customer service oriented with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily store operations to achieve store sales.
• Provides excellent customer service with good maintenance of shopping environment.
• Identifies and handles customers' inquiries and concerns per policy.
• Engages in upselling and cross-selling to customers.
• Operates POS cash register and processes payments accurately and quickly.
• Maintains store presentation with replenishment and clean fixtures.
• Assists in sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotions.
• Communicates feedback from in-store activities to store management.
• Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.

About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team at Breo Wellness Malaysia SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our innovative health and wellness products. Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Location

Location: 1 UTAMA SHOPPING CENTRE or PAVILION BUKIT JALIL

Salary Range:2500-3500 RM

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily store operation to achieve store sales.

2. Provides excellent customer service with good maintenance of shopping environment.

3. Identifies and handles customers' inquiries and concerns in accordance to company andrefund policy.

4. Engage and capitalize in upselling and cross-selling to customers.

5. Operates POS cash register and handles various payment mode with accuracy and speed to avoid delays to customers' departure timing.

6. Ensure that store presentation is well maintained with store replenishment and clean fixtures.

7. Assist in sales plans execution and participation in conjunction of marketing events and promotion programs.

8. Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.

9. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. Proficient in both Chinese and English communication. Priority will be given to candidates with outdoor sales experience in real estate, automobiles, insurance, tourism, beauty and hairdressing, credit card sales, etc., and those with 2 years or more of relevant retail work experience.

2. Comfortable working on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.

3. Passionate about customer service and sales oriented，possess basic computer skills.
