Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia is looking for a seasoned Trade Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, supervise service personnel, and ensure service quality in line with strategic objectives.

You will drive process improvements for trade windows, oversee risk and regulatory compliance, and build strong customer relationships while coordinating with the Group Head and other departments to meet service targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong professionalism and integrity.
• Experience in trade operations is essential.
• Knowledge of ICC rules governing International Trade is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Trade Operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan, develop and revise centralized Trade Windows processes.
• Support and improve service quality and customer satisfaction in Trade Ops.
• Conduct UAT and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
