Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Trade Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure efficiency, and uphold service quality aligned with strategic goals. You will drive enhancements and centralize trade processes while supporting revenue growth.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness and a track record in trade finance operations, with at least 3 years’ experience and a banking background.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in trade operations across imports, exports, guarantees, financing and collections.
• Familiar with ICC rules governing International Trade and AML fundamentals.
• Diploma in Banking or degree in a relevant discipline; strong knowledge of trade finance operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day Trade Operations, supervise service personnel and ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Implement new enhancements and centralize Trade Windows process; plan and revise process flow.
• Support other departments in exceptional handling and conduct UAT to validate changes.
• Maintain high service levels, resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Lead and develop Trade Operations team, manage performance appraisals and training.
