Job summary

• Perform transaction processing duties as instructed by team management to meet productivity and service standards.
• Work with team to deliver superior customer service by driving operational performance and reducing costs.
• Ensure compliance with trade finance rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
• Provide technical support to Relationship Managers on trade finance matters.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis and experience.
• Assist team management in developing team members through coaching and support.
• Support the rollout of quality management systems and other initiatives by the Bank.
