Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business or operations field is required.
Proven record of improving processes and delivering results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform transaction processing duties per procedures to meet productivity and service standards.
Collaborate with the team to improve operations, reduce costs and risks, and meet SLAs.
Ensure compliance with trade finance rules, policies and practices.
Provide technical support to Relationship Managers on trade finance matters.
Analyze data to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
Coach and develop team members to enhance capability.
Support quality management initiatives and regulatory/compliance training.
