Jora Malaysia is seeking a TPM Coordinator to join an on-site team at a well-established Aerospace MRO Facility in Shah Alam. You will gain hands-on exposure in a clean, structured aerospace environment.
The role covers preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, TPM and Kaizen activities, and documentation in CMMS, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the company.

We are a TPM service provider company specialising in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) support. We are currently looking for a TPM Coordinator to join our on-site team at a well-established Aerospace MRO Facility in Shah Alam. This role offers hands-on exposure in a clean, structured and compliance-driven aerospace environment, making it a great opportunity for fresh graduates or junior candidates to build a strong technical foundation.
The TPM Coordinator will support daily maintenance, TPM activities and production support works under the guidance of Supervisors and Senior Technicians, in accordance with aerospace safety and quality requirements.
Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns.
Help maintain maintenance schedules and update equipment records.
Assist Senior Technicians in basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Support simple root cause analysis with guidance from Supervisor and Senior Technicians.
Support TPM and Kaizen activities on the production floor.
Assist in minor equipment improvement and modification works.
Assist in improving machine efficiency and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) procedures at all times.
Work in accordance with aerospace safety, quality and compliance requirements.
Assist Supervisor in Equipment Management of Change (EMOC) activities.
Assist in equipment calibration activities as required by QA.
Update maintenance records and reports using in-house CMMS (training provided).
Assist in monitoring spare parts usage and inventory levels.
Willing to support shift work and occasional overtime (OT) based on operational needs.
OT claimable is provided in accordance with company policy.
Shift and OT arrangements are planned and communicated in advance where possible.
Suitable for candidates who are open to gaining real-world experience in an aerospace maintenance environment.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of related working experience will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (training will be provided for CMMS).
Willing to learn, hands-on, and able to work on-site.
Able to follow instructions and work closely with Supervisors and Senior Technicians.
Good attitude, teamwork, and discipline.
