Job summary

Roda Land Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian specialty tire solutions provider seeking a Sales Support Executive to drive outbound dealer engagement and manage inquiries from social media.

You will contribute to building dealer relationships, promoting products, and converting leads into orders, with training provided for success. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, multilingual communication (Bahasa Malaysia and English), basic Excel skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-growing tyre industry.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing, inactive and potential dealers to develop sales opportunities.
• Follow up with ad-hoc dealers to encourage repeat purchases and build long‑term relationships.
• Handle inquiries from Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Introduce products, promotions and latest offerings to dealers and potential customers.
• Convert inquiries and leads into sales opportunities and orders.
• Maintain and update dealer databases, customer records and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure inquiries and opportunities are followed up promptly.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and sales conversion targets.
