Job summary

Roda Land Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive for Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Negeri Sembilan to drive growth by prospecting new customers, building a robust pipeline and nurturing long-term relationships while delivering excellent service.

You will conduct market visits, present quotations, hit sales targets, follow up on payments, handle product issues, run promotions, and deliver on-site product training to estate workers or end users.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or business development with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits in the Central region to improve field sales and nurture dealer relationships.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations based on customer needs and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.
• Manage and achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning and territory coverage.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in line with AR lists and credit terms to ensure cash flow.
• Handle customer complaints or product issues and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolutions.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns or seasonal offers aligned with sales strategy and monitor effectiveness.
• Conduct on-site product training sessions and presentations for estate workers or end users.
