Continental Malaysia is seeking a Sales Specialist to be the focal point for customers, delivering value through tire products and services while strengthening relationships in the Replacement Tires Business.

You will develop dealers, manage accounts, provide market feedback, and coordinate training, ensuring timely payments and growth across the region. Fluent English and Chinese dialects are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B sales within dealer management
• Experience in automotive/FMCG/Lubricants is a plus
• Fluent in English and Chinese dialects

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and communicate sales achievement and growth potential to customers
• Analyze, forecast and propose business development plans for account growth
• Maintain good service and relationships to foster high performance culture
