J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Time Efficiency Planning Specialist – Route Planning in Kuala Lumpur to lead time efficiency planning and operations across the logistics network.

You will define standards, monitor performance, and drive improvements to ensure on‑time delivery and SLA adherence. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics planning or efficiency management, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with routing systems and data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, International Business, Transportation or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics planning, operations, or efficiency management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data monitoring and reporting.
• Familiarity with SLA management, routing systems, and logistics network optimization.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools; experience with routing or logistics systems (SQL、GIS、CAD) is an advantage.

Time Efficiency Planning Specialist - Route Planning

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical professional to lead time efficiency planning and operations. This role is critical in ensuring our logistics network meets service level agreements (SLAs), optimizes routing standards, and delivers on‑time performance across the entire supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Time Efficiency Target Setting: Define company T+ efficiency standards by benchmarking against competitors and platform SLAs; set signing duration targets, achievement rate goals, and NDD route objectives.

Standards Management: Develop and continuously refine routing node operation standards, inter‑node connection times, trunk/branch line speed standards, and end‑to‑end efficiency assessment criteria.

Package Relationship Management: Establish and manage package relationship standards, including package types and coding across the network.

Efficiency Analysis & Improvement: Monitor and improve static efficiency completion and achievement rates; analyze and reduce static‑dynamic discrepancies; track and enhance key indicators such as NDD achievement rate, signing duration, on‑time delivery, time‑slot delivery ratios, package build rates, and branch T0 signing rates.

Master Data Governance: Manage routing node master data (outlets, hubs, sorting centers, addresses, and geolocation).

Approval Process Management: Oversee planning approval workflows including route adjustments, client direct dispatch, hub package building, efficiency standard changes, and procurement processes.

System Development: Optimize static routing systems for product‑based and schedule‑based efficiency display; enhance linkage logic.

Data Product Development: Build monitoring tools for efficiency standards, accountability, and SLA commitments; develop intelligent routing systems to support pre‑planned routes, routing inspections, and cost‑efficient operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, International Business, Transportation or related field.

3–5 years of experience in logistics planning, operations, or efficiency management.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data monitoring and reporting.

Familiarity with SLA management, routing systems, and logistics network optimization.

Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools; experience with routing or logistics systems (SQL、GIS、CAD) is an advantage.
