Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Content Strategy & Growth Lead to drive TikTok growth for Deli Bro Ngupi and related accounts. You will plan themes, hooks, and formats tailored to the TikTok audience, translate business moments into scroll-stopping content, and provide clear direction on trends and formats.

You will collaborate with the fronting account, editors, and community teams to sustain growth and engagement.

Formación

• Proficient in copywriting for Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for content planning.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools like CapCut or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement content strategies for TikTok growth and support related accounts.
• Set and drive monthly targets for followers, views, engagement, and output.
• Monitor performance, pivot based on data, and report metrics.
• Plan shoots, script content, and coordinate with fronting accounts for videos.
• Oversee video editing quality and posting schedule across accounts.
• Manage content calendar and collaboration opportunities with creators.
