Job summary

ZUS COFFEE is seeking a content strategist to lead growth on TikTok and oversee related brand accounts, including Deli Bro Ngupi and Jom NGUPI. The role focuses on creating compelling content, driving engagement, and aligning with brand objectives across social platforms.

The candidate will define content direction, set monthly KPIs, and work closely with marketing to optimize performance based on data insights within a fast-paced cafe/retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies to grow Deli Bro Ngupi (TikTok primary) and support Jom NGUPI and ZUS
• Set and drive monthly targets for followers, views, engagement, and content output.
• Monitor account performance, identify what's working, and pivot quickly based on data.- Establish performance metrics and reporting cadence for all managed accounts.
