FOKUS RIADAH SDN. BHD. (A member of Skywiz Group) invites a customer-focused receptionist to greet visitors and provide information across our amusement facilities in Malaysia.

You will manage inquiries, assist with ticketing, guide guests, and handle lost-and-found duties while ensuring a smooth experience. Candidates with at least SPM or Diploma, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and good interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.
• Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written.
• Good command in spoken Mandarin is an additional advantage.
• Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ready to work in shift rotations (AM/PM/Midnight shifts) based on business needs.
• Able to work on public holidays and weekends (based on business needs).

Responsabilités

• Reception and Inquiry: Provide a friendly welcome, answer visitors' questions, offer information, and guidance.
• Problem Resolution: Address visitor complaints and concerns, find solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
• Ticketing Services: Assist visitors in purchasing and exchanging tickets, explaining ticket information.
• Guidance Services: Provide basic guidance services, directing visitors to different amusement facilities.
• Lost and Found: Assist visitors in locating lost items and deliver them to the lost and found area.
• Queue Management: Assist in managing queues for entrance, ensuring smooth entry.
• Satisfaction Surveys: Conduct visitor satisfaction surveys, collect feedback to improve service quality.
