cnx is seeking a Lead Generation Representative (Thai speaker) in Kuala Lumpur to drive prospecting and lead conversion. You will engage SMB and Mid Market accounts, qualify opportunities, and hand over SQLs to sales while maintaining CRM discipline and knowledge of current offerings.

The role emphasizes high activity, effective communication, and collaboration with the sales team to meet targets in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0.5 to 2 years in telemarketing in technology/IT.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC).
• Strong business communication in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Specialise in SMB and Mid Market profiling, lead generation and sales prospecting.
• Convert leads to opportunities through high-volume calling.
• Qualify and convert SQLs within SLA to opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to hand over leads and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of PC Print portfolio and current promotions.
• Build relationships with IT/Management levels within accounts.
