Job summary

Axi, a leading global broker, is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to own and grow a Thai-market client book from Malaysia. You will drive revenue through higher trading activity, deposits, and lifetime value while managing onboarding and retention end-to-end.

You will leverage MT4/MT5 experience, CRM analytics, and a network of IB/HNW clients to deliver measurable outcomes in a regulated environment. The role emphasizes proactive outreach and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client relationship roles within CFD/FX or US equity brokerage.
• Hands-on MT4/MT5 knowledge and ability to discuss platform features without a product sheet.
• Solid understanding of leverage trading and copy trading mechanics.
• Experience with CRM data to segment customers and drive retention.
• Existing IB or HNW client relationships in the Thai market are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of active Thai market clients to grow trading volume and deposits.
• Manage post-acquisition lifecycle from onboarding to long-term retention and reduced churn.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned to client behavior and risk profile.
• Design proactive outreach strategies to convert passive accounts into high-value relationships.
• Resolve escalated client issues end-to-end and report portfolio health to leadership.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Axi products to advise clients on engagement opportunities.
