Job summary

Axi Malaysia is seeking a client relationship professional to manage a defined Thai market client portfolio, driving trading volume, deposits, and lifetime value. You will own the full post-acquisition cycle from onboarding to long-term retention and deliver measurable reductions in churn while identifying upsell opportunities and providing senior leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing client relationships in CFD/FX or US equity brokerage
• Hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 is essential
• Existing IB/HNW client book in the Thai market is a plus
• Experience using CRM data to segment client behaviour and report pipeline health

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of active Thai market clients to drive trading volume, deposits, and lifetime value
• Lead post-acquisition relationship cycle from onboarding to retention, reducing churn
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client trading behaviour
• Design and execute proactive outreach strategies to convert passive accounts to high-value relationships
• Resolve escalated client issues end-to-end and avoid queues
• Provide pipeline and portfolio reporting to senior leadership for actionable insights
• Maintain deep knowledge of Axi product suite to deepen client engagement
