Job summary

Axi, a leading global forex and CFD broker, is looking for a Client & Partner Solutions professional in Malaysia. You will deliver personalized service, build enduring relationships with clients and partners, and support onboarding, payments, and trading inquiries across multiple platforms.

You will handle escalations, work with MT4/MT5 platforms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely responses while meeting KPIs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-focused services with strong relationship management.
• Experience handling complex cases and escalations.
• Familiar with FX/CFD trading platforms MT4/MT5.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to clients and partners, building strong relationships.
• Manage partner requests related to payments, onboarding, and trading support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex cases with timely resolutions.
• Navigate portals and trading tools to support operations.
• Communicate outcomes clearly to clients, partners, and staff.
• Meet performance targets while supporting team objectives.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on changes and raise risks promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
