Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a proactive TSE MOD Test Equipment Engineer to develop, improve, and qualify equipment, hardware, software, and processes across manufacturing sites.

You will drive AI-enabled productivity, automate routine tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high yield, reliability, and safety. You will work with TOR equipment, process engineering, and vendors, traveling to deployments as needed, while mentoring site equipment owners and advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or early-career engineers (≤2 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for equipment/process issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation, data analysis, and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support TOR equipment sites with setup, evaluation, and installation.
• Share Best Known Methods across TOR procedures and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Equipment, Process Engineering, and maintenance teams for new tech.
• Coordinate with vendors on parts delivery, quality, and performance.
• Lead project tasks, balance priorities, and track process improvements.
