HFG Insurance Recruitment seeks an experienced Test Automation Manager to lead and scale automation across multiple projects. You will drive strategy, establish governance, and mentor teams to deliver high‑quality software efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in test automation, hands‑on framework expertise (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, UFT), and strong collaboration with stakeholders in Agile/DevOps settings. This role focuses on scalable automation and continuous improvement.

• 8+ years in test automation or quality engineering.
• Hands-on with automation frameworks and strategy development.
• Proven leadership of automation teams across projects.
• Strong STLC, Agile and DevOps knowledge.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD.

Mansioni

• Define and implement automation strategies, roadmaps, frameworks, and standards to improve software quality and testing efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop automation testing teams across multiple projects, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, UFT, or equivalent.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to support continuous testing and faster software releases.
• Establish testing governance, quality metrics, automation KPIs, and best practices aligned with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Work closely with Development, Business, Infrastructure, and Project teams to align testing strategies with business objectives and delivery requirements.
• Identify opportunities to increase automation coverage, reduce manual testing effort, and improve overall testing effectiveness.
• Manage automation initiatives across multiple projects, monitor progress, address delivery challenges, and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
