Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Senior Lead QA & Test Automation Engineer to guide end-to-end QA activities and shape testing strategies. You will drive automation initiatives, integrate tests into CI/CD, manage environments and defects, and collaborate with Product, Dev, and Business teams to ensure timely, quality releases.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and adoption of modern testing practices, including AI testing, to foster a quality-first culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams and defining end-to-end STLC
• Strong ability to define QA strategy, standards and testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience in test automation and scalable frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Proven capability to collaborate with Product, Dev and Business stakeholders
• Ability to report QA metrics and release readiness
• Experience coaching and developing QA professionals
• Interest in adopting modern testing approaches (e.g., AI testing)
