Soft Space is seeking a Software Quality Engineer who integrates quality into the system, collaborating with engineers and analysts to automate, enforce, and scale quality across the delivery pipeline.

You will own quality across the product lifecycle, develop risk-based test strategies, and build automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium to improve coverage and efficiency. Fintech or digital payments experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in QC/QA roles covering both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and/or Appium.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.
• Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of quality at every stage of the product development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain risk-based test strategies and plans aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve testability and coverage.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
• Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle for timely resolution.
• Prepare clear test reports and quality status for stakeholders.
• Continuously review and improve QA processes and tools.
